Establishment of the Quality Policy
SAY TECHNOLOGY Integrated Management System Policy is determined by top management and communicated to all employees to ensure understanding. The continuity, suitability, and effectiveness of the policy are reviewed during Management Review Meetings, and the policy is updated if deemed necessary.

Announcement of the Quality Policy
The Quality Policy is published on the SAY TECHNOLOGY website. In order to communicate it to all employees, SAY TECHNOLOGY’s integrated management system policy is included in the “Establishment of the Quality Policy”. It is posted at the entrance section of the SAY TECHNOLOGY headquarters building and at the distribution points included in the list of current documents.
Corporate Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities
SAY TECHNOLOGY Organizational Chart is provided in EEK-YS-002. The responsibilities and authorities of the titles included in the Organizational Chart are specified in the Job Descriptions. It is ensured that all personnel are informed of and understand the job descriptions.
All employees within the SAY TECHNOLOGY organization act in accordance with the P-HR-01 Code of Ethics Procedure.
Within SAY TECHNOLOGY, the Human Resources Manager has been appointed by the Company Owner as the Management Representative responsible for the following activities, and this is specified in the Integrated Management System organizational chart. In Occupational Health and Safety matters, site foremen / supervisors have been designated as representatives of the construction site employees and this has been announced to all employees.
The Management Representative has the following responsibilities and authorities.
❖ To ensure the establishment, implementation, continuity, and development of the processes required in the Integrated Management System,
❖ To report to the Company Owner whenever there is any need for improvement in the performance and enhancement of the Integrated Management System,
❖ To ensure awareness of SAY TECHNOLOGY customer requirements,
❖ To cooperate with external organizations on matters related to the Integrated Management System,
❖ To submit records and reports demonstrating the adequacy, suitability, and effectiveness of the integrated system to top management for the Management Review Meeting.
❖ To ensure that the policy, objectives, and targets are known by all employees.
❖ To ensure that legal and other requirements and customer requests are known by the relevant employees and fulfilled at the maximum level possible.
❖ To plan and conduct internal audits and Management Review Meetings.
